She has been a professional training facilitator and consultant in Organizational Development for the last 10 years.
She excels at equipping leaders and their teams with practical tools and skills that promote organizational excellence, productivity and innovative capabilities for best practice in industry.
She has worked extensively with International Organizations, Non-Profit Organizations, Public and Private Sector, SMEs and Startups in Africa to transform their organizations for greatness through diverse program facilitation.
