Strategic Planning

Many organizations can articulate a strategy. Fewer execute it consistently, because decisions made in the boardroom lose their shape on the way to the front line. We work with leadership teams and operations managers to close that gap.

Strategic Planning

Strategic Planning takes leadership teams from a strategy they can describe to a plan they can execute. It is for organizations that need to make better-informed decisions, adapt to shifting market conditions, and build a lasting competitive edge.

Teams work through the planning process on their own organization: assessing where they stand, setting direction and priorities, and turning them into initiatives with clear owners, measures, and milestones. Case studies and interactive discussions build the strategic thinking to spot opportunities, manage risk, and pursue sustainable growth. Topics include:

  • Scenario planning: Preparing for more than one future, including the pricing and cost decisions a downturn forces.
  • ESG and sustainability strategy: Materiality, clear ownership, data discipline, and reporting that holds up to independent scrutiny.
  • Board and executive governance: The questions directors should ask before they sign off on strategy and disclosures.
  • From plan to execution: Cascading priorities into team goals and reviewing progress regularly, so the plan shapes daily work.

Operations Excellence

Operations Excellence is for organizations that want to optimize operational performance and run with exceptional efficiency.

Participants learn the core principles of operations management: streamlining processes, raising productivity, and building continuous improvement into daily work. They learn to apply lean methods, strengthen supply chain management, and use technology to allocate resources well, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction, along with process mapping, performance measurement, and the change management that makes improvements stick.

Lean Six Sigma

Lean Six Sigma improves business processes by reducing defects and errors, minimizing variation, and raising quality and efficiency.

It is a data-driven approach built on the DMAIC framework (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), which participants learn to apply to their own processes to find root causes and sustain long-term performance gains. Participants who complete the module receive a certificate and leave with a globally recognized method for process improvement and quality management.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Get Started

Who should attend this program?

Strategic planning sessions are built for boards, leadership teams, and founders. Operations excellence and Lean Six Sigma also involve the managers and process owners closest to daily execution, because that is where strategy usually breaks down.

Does the Lean Six Sigma training include certification?

Yes. Participants who complete the Lean Six Sigma module receive a certificate. The DMAIC framework they learn is a globally recognized approach to process improvement and quality management.

Can the program be tailored to our industry?

Yes. We start with a needs assessment of your strategy, operations, and current pain points, then design the engagement around the issues most relevant to your organization.

How do you measure results?

We agree on measurable goals with you before the program starts and report against them at the end. The roadmap itself sets the milestones and measures your team keeps tracking after we leave.

How long does the program run?

That depends on the scope agreed after the needs assessment, from a focused strategy workshop for a leadership team to phased programs that run over several months.

How do we get started?
