Executive and Life Coaching

The more senior a leader becomes, the fewer people will tell them how they are really doing. Decisions get bigger, pressure follows them home, and their own development quietly stops. We work one-on-one with executives, professionals, and founders to restart it, at work and in life.

Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is designed for senior leaders, and for managers stepping into bigger roles, who want a dedicated space to think clearly, test their decisions, and get honest feedback on how they lead.

Sessions focus on the challenges you are actually facing: leading through change, making high-stakes decisions, managing stakeholders, and building the presence your role demands. Each engagement begins with goals agreed with you, and progress is reviewed against them throughout.

Life Coaching

Life coaching looks at the whole person, not just the job title. It is designed for professionals working through career decisions, transitions, or the balance between work and the rest of life.

You will clarify what you want, identify what is getting in the way, and build habits and plans that hold up under real pressure, with regular sessions to keep you on course.

Coaching is forward-looking and built around your goals; it is not counseling or therapy.

Entrepreneurship Coaching & Training

For founders launching a venture and owners scaling an established business, whether it is a tech startup, a social enterprise, or a traditional brick-and-mortar company.

Founders work one-on-one with a coach on the decisions in front of them: identifying market opportunities, building a solid business plan, managing finances for growth, and matching the product to the right customers. Other topics include business strategy, team leadership, and customer relationship management.

Founding and management teams can cover the same ground together in a series of interactive workshops built on real-world case studies. Either way, the aim is a resilient, sustainable business that is ready for investor conversations, and every founder leaves with a 90-day growth plan.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Get Started

Who is coaching for?

Executives and senior managers stepping into bigger roles, professionals working through career decisions or transitions, and founders building their businesses. Organizations can also arrange coaching for their own leaders.

What is the difference between executive and life coaching?

Executive coaching focuses on your performance and growth as a leader. Life coaching looks at the whole person: your career direction, your balance, and the goals you set outside work.

Do you coach founders one-on-one or as a team?

Both. Founders are coached one-on-one, and founding or management teams can work through the same ground together in a series of facilitated workshops, in person or online.

How are coaching sessions delivered?

One-on-one, in person at your offices or a preferred venue, or live online via Zoom or Teams. The number and frequency of sessions are agreed at the start, based on your goals.

Is coaching confidential?

Yes. What you discuss in sessions stays between you and your coach, except where the law requires otherwise. When an organization sponsors coaching, we agree at the start what it will hear back, usually attendance and progress against the agreed goals, not the content of your sessions.

Is life coaching the same as counseling or therapy?

No. Coaching is forward-looking and built around goals you set. It is not counseling or therapy, and if something comes up that needs a counselor or another specialist, we will say so and help you find the right support.
